To apply maximum transparency in the data processing carried out by ADUNAS IBERIA SEARCH, S.L. (hereinafter ADUNAS), within the framework of contracted services and through the website, we publish the following information:

Data controller

ADUNAS IBERIA SEARCH, S.L. (hereinafter ADUNAS), with registered office at C/ Travesera de Gracia, 52 6º 2º, 08021 Barcelona, is the Data Controller of the user's or data subject's personal data, and informs them that said data will be processed in accordance with current personal data protection regulations: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.

Purpose, retention and disclosure of data

ADUNAS will process data confidentially and exclusively to provide the requested services —headhunting, identification, attraction and recruitment of executive talent, team evaluation and HR structure organisation—, retaining such data until the data subject requests its deletion and in no case will it be transferred to third parties without consent.

The data processed is provided directly by the data subjects and is adequate and accurate for the purpose for which it is collected, and will not be used for any purpose other than that for which it was provided. The user is in no case obliged to provide it; however, it is necessary in order to carry out the services we offer.

The user will be solely responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to ADUNAS or any third party by filling in forms or sending information with false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data, or with data of third parties.

If the user does not expressly cancel their personal data from ADUNAS files, it is understood that they remain interested in keeping it incorporated as long as it is adequate for the purpose for which it was obtained, and as long as ADUNAS considers it appropriate.

Data collection and consent

Personal data provided to us through our email addresses, or through forms, will be included in our personal data processing, for which ADUNAS is the responsible party and holder.

When a user sends us a message with personal data or fills in any of the forms and accepts the submission, they expressly authorise and consent to ADUNAS processing and incorporating the data provided into its files, as well as any data generated in relation to the use of the services offered or the contracted relationship.
